    Terms and Conditions:

     

    1. The Promotion is valid from 1 Feb 2024 to 31 July 2024 (refers to “Promotion Period”).
    2. The Promotion is applicable to UnionPay Credit Card and ATM Card with card number starting with 62 (refers to “UnionPay Card”), except the RMB cards issued by specific Hong Kong and Macau card issuing institutions. The qualified transaction must be settled via UnionPay network. 
    3. The offer is applicable to new lettings only (not applicable to renewal or relocation cases) and the lease term must be between 1 to 24 months.
    4. Cardholders must use a valid UnionPay card to pay monthly rent to Gateway Apartments in order to enjoy the offers. Harbour City gift card will be offered to the eligible cardholders after they signed all leasing documents, settled all initial payments and paid the first month’s rent.
    5. Offers cannot be changed for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
    6. UnionPay International Company Limited (refers to “UnionPay International”) is neither vendors nor service providers, thus UnionPay International is not responsible for the products or services provided by the merchants.
    7. UnionPay International and participating merchants reserve the right to amend or terminate the offers and terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, and shall not bear any responsibility caused by the amendments or the terminations.
    8. In case of disputes, the decision of Gateway Apartments shall be final.
    9. UnionPay International and participating merchants reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions in both Chinese and English version. In case of any discrepancy, the Chinese version shall prevail for all purposes.
